MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cheetah Mobile Inc. (CMCM)
Cheetah Mobile Inc. (CMCM) has announced a cash dividend effective for Monday, June 22, 2020. On that date, the current CMCM option class will change to CMCM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CMCM1 options. Therefore, no options on CMCM will be available for trading on Monday, June 22, 2020.
Cheetah Mobile Inc. (CMCM) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 23, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CMCM will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 19, 2020.
