MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: THL Credit, Inc. (TCRD) name and symbol change to First Eagle Alternative Capital BDC, Inc. (FCRD)
THL Credit, Inc. (TCRD) will change its name and symbol to First Eagle Alternative Capital BDC, Inc. (FCRD) effective on Monday, August 3, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TCRD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 31, 2020.
NOTE: FCRD options will trade on Cloud 6 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 3 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
