MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao (CBD)
Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao (CBD) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, March 8, 2021. On that date, the current CBD option class will change to CBD1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CBD1 options. Therefore, no options on CBD will be available for trading on Monday, March 8, 2021.
Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao (CBD) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CBD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 5, 2021.
