Amendment to MIAX Options Fee Schedule Beginning July 1, 2013

MIAX_RC_2013_36 refers to the MIAX Options Exchange Priority Customer Rebate Program (the “Program”) for the period beginning July 1, 2013 and ending September 30, 2013.  An amended MIAX Options Fee Schedule is posted on the MIAX website at content/fees.
